Tatiana Ochoa has a Doctor of Education with a specialization in curriculum development, language Spanish instructor, and emotional intelligence. She is an educational academic coach for students who want to reach their educational goals. Dr. Ochoa teaches Spanish to health care, education, and business professionals. She teaches college writing skills, academic planning, degree mapping, emotional intelligence (soft skills), and conflict resolution to increase students' impact and fulfill their goals through customized coaching. Dr. Ochoa's main goal is to assist professionals with their career and educational goals, in addition, she guides her students with their interest career goals to be the best version of leaders for the future. Dr. Ochoa coaches her students through goal setting, customized 5-step methodology, and emotional learning training to increase their impact to assert their growing independence, and manage their tasks and emotions that go along with them. Dr. Ochoa has assisted her students in overcoming many struggles and learning challenges when they built their self-awareness, self-management, self-control, perseverance, self-efficacy, and social-emotional learning skills.
